Regardless of when a home inspector is involved, the process includes contacting Inspection FIRST Inc. and once the assignment is received by us, you can relax as we will do the rest.

• We will notify you of our progress with inspection times.
• We will invite you to attend the inspection with us.

  • Electrical service line and meter box.
    
  • Main disconnect and service amperage.
    
  • Electrical panels, breakers and fuses.
    
  • Grounding and bonding.
    
  • GFCI’s and AFCI’s.
    
  • Fireplace damper door and hearth.
    
  • Insulation and ventilation.
    
  • Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers.
    
    
• We will prepare a written detailed report provided to you. We will review the report with you and answer any questions that you may have. A report will allow you to fully understand the condition of the property you are about to purchase as well as negotiate the best sale price with the vendor.
